additional notes:
Jim rocks the creepy Orochimaru look. The outfit may look simple, but the look of simplicity is deceptive. The undershirt is odd because it needs to go under the cream-colored tunic, but it has a collar that must be able to flop out over the top of it. And the belt took ... a lot of patience. :) And hand-stitching. But it came out fab, so no complaints.
