additional notes:
This outfit is based off of the whole ONE illustration of Sailor
Mercury in her Princess outfit, thus involved some interpretation.
We chose a pretty satin for the main part of the dress that
featured a very light watery pattern that we thought would be
appropriate for Sailor Mercury. Designing the poof on the butt
was fun too.
