additional notes:
This is based off the book colors of gold and blue, in the style of the 3rd and 4th movie.

The cloak features accurate navy-lined sleeves, as well as a navy facing panel down the center front of the cloak with an otherwise black lining. The cloak also has a wand pocket on the inside.
