At limebarb.com you can request a quote for just about anything you can imagine! We do costumes from anime, comics, movies, video games, and manga. We also can make your original designs!

 

Want a quote? We need ALL this information!
1. Tell us what you want. - The character and the series! (Or if it's an original!)
2. Send us clear pictures of your character. - This means a full front and back and any other notable details, even if we have made the costume before. We prefer links to pictures. DO NOT send pictures of other people's cosplay.
3. Tell us the date you need it by, NOT the con. - We don't know every con date! Second, we do not take orders unless they are due at least 8 WEEKS from when you pay (although we tend to be booked up more in the neighborhood of 3-4 months in advance!) We suggest setting your date at least a week before your con to make allowances for problems with mail, sizing, your travel time, or any last minute additions. Also, refer to our Availability Chart.
4. Provide us with your clothing sizes (men's or women's - specify!), shoe size, height and/or measurements. If you don't know your exact size or measurements just make an educated guess.
5. Decide on a quaility level. Standard or Deluxe! - Standard vs. Deluxe is mainly the difference in materials, cotton vs. pleather, satin vs. silk. To read more go here!
6. Any other important information. - If you need only certain pieces to an outfit, have any allergies to fabric, anything that might affect how you wear your costume, any specific preferences or customizations, if you are outside the U.S., or when you can recieve or pay for it, etc.

How do our commissions work? Here are the steps:
Step 1:
Read through our Guidelines and request page and e-mail us with a request, including all the information listed above.
Step 2:
We answer your e-mail with an itemized quote for your costume or outfit.
Step 3:
If you want the outfit, you get back to us with a list of which items you would like.
Step 4:
We send an e-mail with your Grand Total and our payment information, as well as confirmation of the schedule for shipping.
Step 5:
You pay and supply us with your measurements if you haven't already.
Step 6:
We make the costume and ship it to you by the agreed due date.
