
What is the difference
between the pre-made section and the other sections?
The pre-made section
offers pre-made clothing, costumes, and accesories for immediate
shipment. All items listed within the pre-made shop are completed
and all ready to go. They ship out in 1-3 business days.
The clothing store
offers original fashions designed by Barb. These items are made-to-order
and are based on patterns we have already drafted. That means you
purchase what you would like through the shopping cart, and then
the items are constructed and shipped in 4-8 weeks. Because everything
is made to-order you can request clothing items with custom details

The costume commissions
section is where you can submit your request for custom costumes
or clothing items. We can make just about anything you can supply
us a picture of. Instead of purchasing things through a shopping
cart, you e-mail us asking for a price quote based on your specific
needs. If you decide to purchase we set a due date to complete the
costume by. Custom orders generally ship out in 2-5 months depending
on our availability and the complexity of what you request. To visit

How do I place an order
in the pre-made section?
You may use the paypal shopping
cart buttons provided on the website under each item. If you would
like to order by sending a check or money order you can do so using
the order-by-mail form. If you plan on sending
in your payment by mail please send us an e-mail so we can place
the items you want on hold. If we do not receive your payment within
two weeks of the date you contacted us we will place the item back
up for sale.
How does shipping work?
How fast is it?
All pre-made items are shipped
via the United States Postal Service, and ship out within 1-3 business
days. Orders within the United States usually take 2-4 business
days to arrive after they have been shipped, while international
orders take 4-10 business days to arrive. Shipping rates are based
on how much you order and are calculated when you check out with
Paypal. Domestic shipping starts at $5 and international shipping
starts at $15.
Do you accept returns
or exchanges?
We do not allow for returns.
We clearly list the sizes of all items in the pre-made store so
you can measure yourself beforehand to make sure the outfit you're
purchasing will fit. We only accept exchanges if the item is defective,
and we do quality-check all items before packaging. If you receive
a defective item please contact us immediately so we can assess
the situation. All exchanges are at our descretion, and must be
shipped back within 30 days of receipt.
Your pre-made store
says you only have the costume available in size ___, can I get
it in a different size?
Nope! Everything in our pre-made
store is already completed and ready to ship, so the sizes listed
are the only sizes we have. If you are interested in getting a costume
listed but in a different size you will need to visit our commissions
site.
Can you make ___ costume
to put in the pre-made store so I can buy it?
Nope! Our pre-made store only
consists of items that have already been completed. If you would
like something that you do not see in the pre-made store please
visit our costume commission
page and request a quote for your very own custom-made costume!
I e-mailed you a few
days ago and haven't heard back yet, what gives?
We are a small business with
a small staff, so we don't always have the opportunity to check
our e-mail every day. We generally check and reply to our e-mails
in large batches two or three times per week. This almost always
occurs on weekdays during normal business hours, so if you write
to us late Friday night you won't hear back from us until Monday
morning at the absolute earliest! So if it has been a few days and
you haven't heard back from us, there's no need to fret or re-send
your e-mail, we will get to it! :) You should also check our updates
page, because we will post a notice if we will be out of town or
unable to respond to e-mails in a longer than normal timeframe.
If two weeks have passed and you have not heard back from us feel
free to re-send, as once in a very blue moon e-mails do get zapped
by our spam filter.
